Silk floral hi-lo dress

Ruched bust with center detail. 100% silk shell. 100% cotton lining. Floral design with royal purple, coral, tan, white, black and hot pink. Lining is hot pink. Strapless. 13" zipper on left side ensures fit. 15" across at top hem. Elastic fit along top hem. 32.5" from center of top hem to center of bottom hem in front. This is the highest part of hi-lo hem. Longest part in back measures 53" from top back center to bottom hem in back.
