Silk dress by Badgely Mischka

Gorgeous patterned silk dress by designer Badgely Mischka. Strapless in a beautiful blue and white silk layered over a heavier white layer all in silk. It has an empire waist gathered into slight flattering pleats with a beaded flower. 31" long from top of bust. It comes to my knee. Lined in silk, it has a rounded hem.
