Silk Skirt Talbots size 8

Lovely Talbots silk skirt. Black with taupe and tan dots, side zip hook and eye closure. Ruffle at bottom and hi/low hem. Lining ends at ruffle. In perfect condition. See photos for details and measurements. Waist is 14”. Length is 25” in the front.
