Silk Royal Blue Gown

This dress is absolutely beautiful. I wish I had a reason to wear it again but I rather someone else have use of it than have it sit in my closet. It was hemmed a bit. I'm 4'11" but wore this with 6" heels. So I wouldn't recommend it for anyone taller than 5'5". Amazing cobalt blue with open back and lightly padded bust so no bra is needed. Great for prom or cocktail parties.
