Silk Italian Dress w/ Cape Sleeves & Beaded Waist

This dress is really unique. I found it at a designer consignment store years ago. I’ve never heard of the brand but I believe it’s Italian. The dress is 100% silk, has beautiful flutter cape sleeves and a unique beaded waist. There are a few beads missing but nothing noticeable and this is in great condition. It’s a size 4 but fits like a 2 I’m moving overseas. Make me a fair offer, everything must go! 💕
