Measurements Taken Flat Shoulder to shoulder: 18" Arm pit to arm pit: 19" Waist of jacket: 17" Shoulder to the bottom hem of jacket: 28.5" Waist of skirt: 12" Top to the bottom hem of skirt: 20" Mentionable Imperfections: A slight discoloration on the skirt.
