Beautiful 100% silk dress! Would be great prom dress- perfect for dancing and twirling in! Deep v neck. Halter top ties at neck and back has zipper and hook and eye. Does need a little tlc: small marks at bottom of v neck where safety pin was used, small stain on skirt would likely come out with dry cleaning, seam is coming out at bottom of the zipper (see photos).

@ashleyreed1 Hi Ashley! I measured at the bottom of the ruched band. Laid flat, it was about 13 inches across. The skirt is a-line and does start to move away from the body from that point. Hope this helps!
