Silk Giorgio Armani LBD - asymmetric buttons

Stunning Black Silk Giorgio Armani Little Black Dress with long sleeves. The dress buttons up the left side and has a slit at the thigh. After checking the posting on my laptop, it's hard to see the cut of the dress in the photos because of the silk. I'll try to get a better photo. I'm 5'2" and it hits me just above the knee. Dress has no size tag, but I wore it when I was a size 0. Dress is stunning, but alas, after having and breastfeeding a baby, there's NO way I'll ever fit in it again.
