Silk French Connection a-line swing dress 12

Short tent / swing dress in soft, embroidered silk. Lined. It’s labeled 12, but I’m not sure if it’s a US 12 or UK 12, so please see measurements. Looks cute on its own or with a sweater or jacket, tights, leggings, etc. Embroidery is tan/gold and purple. Very gently used but in perfect condition (tag shows original price but is not still attached).
