New, never worn. Small key hole back with button detail. Armpit to armpit flat across 19". Length from armpit to bottom hem 28". Elastic seam sewn in on waist (stretches from 13-21"). Blousey cream colored silk top with slight a-line pleated accordion gray skirt with patches of coral and cream. 1" pleats in skirt. Belt not included. Bought from local boutique. DO ask questions!
