In the meantime, we kindly ask that you also reach out to the buyer via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you or to each other.

jacciluv2shop @lhunley_20 Let's get something straight. Money is withdrawn from your account when you pay for an item, however it is not released to you until I accept the item, or 3 days pass. I am waiting for Poshmark to send me a return shipping label so I can send the shoes back. But, I no longer want the curlers. You seem to have a bit of a attitude when I'm the one that has been inconvenienced. So when they send me the label I will return the shoes and I get my money back and move on.
