Silhouette Black Open Back Dress (sz S)

Worn once to a school dance years ago. The brand is Silhouette. Super cute dress, with an open back & ruffles the go down the back of the dress. The only sign of wear is a tiny snag on one of the "ruffles" on the shoulder (see photo).
