Silent + noise blue iridescent mini dress

This is an awesome dress. Appears blue but once it hits light it has a beautiful purple turquoise hue. I got this from Urban Outfitters and it is the brand Silence + Noise. I wore this once for homecoming and then never wore it again so it is in great condition! 🦋
