memeh @jsa thanks for your interest! I hope this helps: The underarm-to-underarm measurement is 16" laying flat. If I had to pick a number size I would say it fits like a 4. Also, there are buckles on the sides of the bodice that can be tightened. Let me know if you have any questions.
