Good used condition light blue mini dress. Strappy tie back, with grommets holding up the straps in the front. One of the grommets is coming loose a tiny bit from the fabric (see photos). Does not impact wear. The hook and eye closure in the back also is bent and coming loose. You can choose to replace it or just remove it/ not use it.
