Signed Vintage Art Glass Display Vase

Unique, handblown art glass signed on face by the artist. I can't make out the name, however. Item measures about 4.5 x 4 x 3. There are lots of tiny squiggles in addition to the larger ones. A couple of the tiny ones look like scratches but I doubt that they are. Vintage, pre-owned condition.
