Signed RARE Les Bernard Necklace in Bone w/hidden clasp

NPC140. Signed RARE Les Bernard Necklace in Bone w/hidden clasp. Silver Bernard hang tag. The only other piece we’ve seen was at a Las Vegas live auction. Round bovine discs form this interesting piece … we originally thought it slipped over your head, then realized there was a hidden clasp IN the ball (squeeze silver end to remove). It’s approx 31” long, end to end. Variegated colors of cream, with streaks, grooves, marks, dimples, scratches, lines, some smooth tops & edges, some rough. I don’t believe this is damage at all, but inherent differences of the natural materials. No one disc matches another exactly. My opinion is this is in great condition, and just needs a good cleaning. Comes to you exactly as found. Note… keep in mind that Bernard also made similar disc pieces in what we think was some sort of plastic (maybe lucite/etc) that were perfectly symmetrical… this is not the same thing. We can’t guarantee age, origin or materials as this is an estate find, but we believe we’re correct. Please review all photos to ensure you agree with findings. Awesome piece. 🌺
