Signed Indian Mandala Terracotta Decorative Tile Elephant Studio Pottery Boho

I wish I could identify the artist ‘cause this little piece of pottery is so unique! Lower part is glazed, upper part is unglazed natural terracotta. No chips or other damage. Measures 1/4” thick and 4” square. Hardware for hanging is attached to back.
