Signed German Art Pottery 5” Cider Pitcher Salt Glazed M Schilz Frankfurt This hand painted cider pitcher was made in Germasny by M. Schilz. Based on research, M. Schilz was founded in 1661 and is one of the last active ceramic manufacturers in Hohr-Grenzhausen. It is 5.25" tall and is 4" in diameter at its widest and is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, breaks, chips or repairs. (See photos).
