Signed Clay? Plaster? Decorative Female Topless Nude Torso Hanging Art

This piece came from an estate with lots of cultural, ethnic, and unique art items. This piece to me seems to be clay or plaster or some type of pottery material. The depiction of the female is cut into the medium. There is a signature on the back, but I can’t make it out. There are two small holes on the top for hanging this piece of art.
