This top is so soft! It has a velvety feel and look to it. The light shimmers off of the material. The hem of the shirt has about 5 inches added to it with some beautifully designed lace. The fabric of the body is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The lace is 100% nylon. It is machine washable. New with tags. In excellent condition. Offers are welcomed.
