Side tie high neck tank top

Summery and light, this cotton blend tank has two ties on both sides at the waist. The top then blouses out into peplum shape to accentuate waist shape. Overall length ends up being cropped in the front and slightly longer in the back with higher neck on both sides. The short has been worn just a few times so has little to no visible wear!
