Shujie High Heels

Black and cream color, heel approx 4 1/2” front approx 1 1/2” the shoes had bows on the front but were taken off (please see picture) there is damage from that , but can be covered with bows, flowers, or etc. Shoes are size EURO 38. I’m not familiar with EURO sizes and how small/big they run. Posh says size (EURO 38) is a size US 8. Please ask any questions.
