It is very very small and measures at a size 0. I'm not sure how adjustable it is as I haven't tried bending or forming it. The charm is probably interchangeable. I did notice in the photos that the jump ring was bent a little bit and slightly open so I did tighten that up and straighten it slightly. It does test as sterling silver and is stamped inside as well. It does have that tarnish that sterling gets but could probably be polished away. Please see all photos. Bundle and save!
