Reposhing this item I purchased from @pugmommathrift. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Lovely black with tan and white geometric designed dress. Size 1X/14. Sleeveless dress with beautiful 8 inch ruffle collar going around the entire neckline. Elastic neckline so it can be worn off shoulder, off one shoulder or covering both shoulders.
