Just seeing this now. I am so sorry for your loss. Please reach out to connect and talk if needed. As you know, my daughter is disabled because of a pedi/car accident in 2014. I find that folks that have had similar testimony to these kind of experiences can really connect because of the commonality. I know your story turned out much different and I am sad for that. I am so sorry to hear this. My parents lost my older sister and I witnessed their profound grief. Having gone down the road you are now on, I cannot tell you it gets “better.” However, I can promise it becomes “different.” The day will come when you can think of and speak about your son without feeling like falling apart. For now, the time on this road is different for all who travel it. Please give yourself grace and patience. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Linda, my sweet friend, I am so sorry. I am sending you hugs and so much love. I lose my Evan, my only child 3 years ago on September 16th, he went to sleep and never woke up, death is undetermined. I still struggle with living with grief and joy together; I work on it every day. I am so sorry 😞 that you and your family are going through this. One day at a time my friend…one breath at a time my friend. I am here for you if you ever need to talk.
