Showgirl dance costume aerial leotard

Small adult dance/aerial/showgirl costume with coordinating arm covers in black and white stripes. Could be used as a cigarette girl costume for Halloween?? No size or brand tags, but torso is on the short side - dancer who wore this in the show I produced was ~5’3”. Peplum is has slightly stiff facing so it sticks out at your hips. Molded bra cups and working buttons on the white attached vest part. Note also that the crotch opens with bra-style hooks.
