What is being shown in the last photo? Is there an issue with the waist?

@sellposhpaige hi! Thanks for your question. The elastic inside the waist is twisted, however it’s on the back of the dress and hardly noticeable when being worn!

@sellposhpaige hi! The dress is not sewn that way, the elastic is simply twisted within the dress and could most likely be twisted back! I’ve never worn the dress, but whenever I tried it on, the twisted elastic is not noticeable due to being on the back, and blending into the natural folds of the dress 💞
