Reposhing this item I purchased from @misfitthrifts. The Rome Twist Gown is an empire waist with a twist! She has a flutter sleeve, a dramatic v-neck line met with a modern twist on the bust. From this empire fixed waist, her skirt falls straight down for a stunningly statuesque silhouette. Purchased for one of my bridesmaids, but we went with another color theme.
