New w/o price tag and defects is an Overstock Outlet (has black line going thru cloth label name) Authentic Shoshanna Gown - Sakha Silk Gown in red - DEFECT is showing a few pulls on the dress on the right side near the zipper and about 6" down from the zipper (pictured). I did not cut the threads and left it alone and also some pulls at the bottom of the skirt .
