jwontrop @elanasimone hi! Thanks for asking. My hips measure 36”. The fabric lays over my hips, not in a tight way, but in a weighted kind of way. There is beautiful movement to the dress. I’d say the dress gives a flowy appearance. The front, gathered part of the waist, adds some extra dimension to the waist and hips area too!
