Brilliant Short-sleeve Swingy Shift Dress, Bold Hem, Great for Summer

A really great mod Pop Art summer dress by the Seattle company "Shift." Comfortable style with confident attitude, this fantastic designer rayon dress has barely been worn. Clean and ready to go, the design is unusual with its peppy navy dots on white ground and bold hem in a fantastic orange. Swingy, springy fabric, drape-y but with substance, not see-through. Size M. Measurements are 36-1/2" long from back of neck to hem x 20-1/2" across the backside at the bottom of the arm holes, with a straight cut, that easy shift style. Unlined. Hook and eye closure for the 2-3/4" opening at the back of the neckline. No fabric care or washing instructions tag. Excellent *very* little used condition. A great dress in great shape.
