Shorts y Tommy Hilfiger, size 4

Shorts by Tommy Hilfiger, size 4. 5” inseam. NWT (not price tag, but brand tag) however, there is what appears to be a smudge on the inside of the waist band (see last photo). I’m guessing someone tried them on with self-tanner or somehow got makeup down there? You cannot see it from the outside, but I try my best to note any potential issues on my listings.
