Short velvet skirt

This skirt is the cutest thing ever, it gives me Euphoria vibes. it’s velvet, shinny and soft. It’s so comfortable and has a side zipper so you can slide it on and off. I love the ruffles because it hides my narrow hips and it’s tight at the top then ruffles out so it’s perfect. It’s brand new but I washed it and took off the tags
