Short to long dress/shirt

Short sleeve top/dress. Wear over tights or leggings. Zippers up in the back. Ruffles in the front going across. Worn once. No rips or stains. Nonsmoker/nonsmoking home. Lost weight and now it’s too big. I must make room on my closet! Any offer encouraged and will be considered.
