Short sleeve shirt.

Short sleeve button down shirt. It has a front pocket. It’s navy with a white and navy front that is also on back side of sleeves (see pictures). The sleeves have 2 buttons on back side but they don’t button, they’re only decoration. It was a gift for my son but he never wore it.
