Short sleeve midi dress

I’ve only worn this stretchy cute dress once. We moved to a much colder climate and so now I’m downsizing things I never wear anymore. Sized as a small, the chest measures 16.5” unstretched, but stretches to at least 19”. I’m a 36” chest and this still has room for more stretch on me. Dress is just above knee length and lined.
