Short sleeve casual dress NWT

This dress is perfect for a lunch with friends or a date with that boy u have liked for forever! A light grey short sleeve top that a sinches at the waist with a blue and white polka dotted skirt that goes to mid thigh. Classy and casual! I bought it a lot big thinking it would look cute with one of my sweaters but it didn't. So I could possible find a friend to try it on for fit! Just let me know
