Short sleeve blouse with ruffles in the front from New York and company.

This top has a little bit of stretch. It's a size medium. In the front of it which I tried to show in the pictures has a ruffle in the front and then to the left side in the pictures there's a ruffle that goes down and kind of hangs which is supposed to add a little bit to the blouse so when you iron it. It kind of makes it look sassy. It's blue and white with a little ruffle around the neck and around arms! Cute for the summertime.
