Short skirt, elastic band Size XS

Love the design of this skirt. Great for a night out, dress it up with heels. The black band is elastic and love the design of this skirt, gives it some dimension instead of a plain skirt. Some strings that are sticking out but it doesn’t seem like it will mess up the structure of the skirt, as seen in the picture.
