Super cute and fun sequin dress! Does have shoulder pads- long sleeve Wore it as a costume as Dorit Kimsley but it would work for so many occasions! I’m 5ft 2 and 120 lbs for reference. Definitely short and tight but surprisingly comfortable! Good quality
