Short, pink polka dot open back dress

This dress hits just above my knee (I’m 5”4) and is really cute with pink polka dots against a cream base. It has a really nice open back with a small bow where the open back hits the waist. I’m usually not a big bow person, but I really like this one. Worn one or two times
