Short dress, cream and navy blue with a large floral/lace look design. Short, puffy sleeves with elastic top and bottom, empire waist, square neckline. Sleeves and bodice lined in blue, side pockets, smocked elastic back. Tag: Fourteen & 9th. Approximate measurements: Bust 34”-36”, Empire Waist 32”, Hips 50”, Total length 30”.
