Short floral formal dress

Dark navy and maroon strapless floral dress. The dress has slight ribbing in the bust making it very flattering. The dress hasn't had any alterations and has been worn once, and remains in almost perfect condition. The dress is a US size 4 but is snug, and would fit a size 2 as well.
