One of my favorite dresses. Has 3 layers shown in pictures. Halter style with elastic on the back of the neck. Zips up. Has satiny fabric that goes around under breast. Cute gathered fabric over breast. Super sparkly and super playful. Great for many occasions. The tag is worn but wears like a size 6. Hits just at my knee and I’m 5’1.
