Short dress or Tunic blouse 2x-3x thin black polyester with cream flowers

This tunic/dress does not have any tags and could easily fit a 3X! It’s a semi sheer polyester. The dark color makes it so you would not absolutely need a cami. Very lovely! Lightweight for summer. It would be great with leggings. Very flowing and loose. Reposhing this item I purchased from @pamher909. It’s just much too large for me. Questions? Leave a comment below!
