New without tags, this beautiful denim dress is a cute button down style with tiered skirt. The size is a small but it has plenty of room and could be worn medium too. See measurements in pictures. 85% cotton and 15% polyester. Waist measures 17 inches laid flat and length from shoulder is 34 inches. The back of the dress is slightly longer.
