Short casual shirt dress

This cutie was part of the Urban Outfitters Spring 2019 collection, and I fell in love with its super soft and breathable fabric! However the statement color was always a tad too bold for my tastes, meaning I’ve worn this only 1-2 times. Hoping someone else will give her more time in the sun!
