Short button down dress

EUC - worn once! Cute orange dress with buttons down the front Retro, 90s style dress. Not really a flare, kind of straight but not tight fitting **imperfections pictured: some loose thread on buttons + a small stain from belt on the back ** The tag says XL but fits on the smaller side.
