Short, breezy sundress/beach cover-up

Navy blue patterned, short, light and breezy sundress! No specified size on the tag, but I estimate small (I'm a medium and it's very short, but can be worn out with semi-opaque tights, leggings, or shorts!). Great condition; only worn once.
